The hotel offers clean and cozy rooms, a bit small and slightly dated with only a very small window overlooking some 'beautiful' old buildings. The possibility to borrow bicycles adds a nice touch, but there's room for improvement in room size. The service is efficient, offering car hire, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance, yet it could be more attentive. The unbeatable location near the train station, restaurants, and shops on Zhongshan Road makes it very convenient, although the bar/restaurant area could use some enhancement. The dining experience is pleasant but could have a better choice of items. Overall, the facilities are decent, catering to basic needs while there is potential for enhancement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were big and it was possible to borrow bicycles. The staff arranged a private driver for us to go to Taroko for a good price. The location near the station was very convenient, and I loved the free coffee and drinks in the lobby. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, making my stay even more pleasant. The only slight downside was that the room was a little bit small.
